J'Ace Kusina is a personal collection of recipes. I am trying to organize these recipes and at the same time free up some space in the kitchen, thus I published these online for my use, as well as for family and friends.

Some recipes do not specify the amount of seasoning and ingredients to use cause I don't know how much to specify.  I always just estimate it when I cook.  So, add seasoning at your own risk. To be safe, add just a little then add more as you taste it. It's so much easier to fix a matabang na ulam than one that is too maalat, maasim or matamis.
