Cassava
Cake
- 1 package frozen grated cassava
- 1 package grated young coconut
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted (estimated amount)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar (more or less)
Cream melted margarine and sugar, add
egg then add the cassava and coconut. Mix in the evap milk.
Spread in a greased pan. Bake in a 300°F oven for about 30 minutes or
until top is light brown. Cool before cutting.
