Cassava Cake

  • 1 package frozen grated cassava
  • 1 package grated young coconut
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted (estimated amount)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar (more or less)

Cream melted margarine and sugar, add egg then add the cassava and coconut. Mix in the evap milk. Spread in a greased pan.  Bake in a 300F oven for about 30 minutes or until top is light brown.  Cool before cutting.
