Corn Maja

 

  • 1 can cream of corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup corn starch

Dissolve cornstarch on water.  Mix all ingredients together in a pan.  In a pan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick.  Transfer it to a serving pan.  Let it cool before placing in the fridge.  Serve it cold.
