Corn
Maja
- 1 can cream of corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/4 cup corn starch
Dissolve
cornstarch on water. Mix all ingredients together in a pan. In a
pan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick.
Transfer it to a serving pan. Let it cool before placing in the
fridge. Serve it cold.
