Humus Spread / Dip

Luz Laganse

 

  • Sesame tahini, 1 cup
  • garbansos, 2 cans
  • yogurt, 1 cup
  • parsley, 8 stems
  • lemon, 4 tbsp
  • olive oil, 2 tbsp
  • green onion, 3 stems
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Grind all ingredients.  Mix everything together.
