- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- chicken liver, cooked and chopped into small pieces
- salt, ground black pepper, oyster sauce, sugar
onion in salad oil until golden brown, then add the ground beef, salt, pepper.
Saute until golden brown. Add the cooked chicken liver. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add oyster sauce and
sugar, then cover again and simmer for a few more minutes. Add the tomato soup
and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Arrange cooked pasta in an dish pan then pour the sauce. Serve with sprinkled
grated cheese on top.
