Apritada

J'Ace Nanay

  • Chicken
  • lemon juice, ground pepper, soy sauce, bay leaf
  • garlic, onion, small slice of ginger
  • bellpepper, potatoes (fried or not)
  • oyster sauce, sugar, patis
  • tomato catsup

Marinade chicken on 2 tbsp lemon juice, ground black pepper, bay leaf and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Saute garlic, onion.  Add chicken, red bellpepperoyster sauce, potatoes, ginger, tomato catsup, and a little sugar. Add water if too dry. Season with patis if matabang.
