Baked Pork Chops

- 4 very thick, center cut, pork chops
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1 cup dry white wine
Heavily
dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown chops on
both sides in cooking oil; drain. Arrange in baking dish. Heat apple
jelly; add wine. Pour over chops, cover, and bake at 325°F for 3 hours.
