Boil the chicken. Set aside the broth. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces, set aside. Fry the chorizo on its own fat, set aside. Saute the garlic and onion. Add the chicken and the chorizo. Add the vegetables (except the brocolli), add enough broth to cook the vegetables. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken cube, season to taste with soy sauce, oyster sauce. Add the brocolli. Set aside.
Boil the chicken broth, season to taste with soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the rice stick, mix until it's cooked. Add hot water if the broth isn't enough. Place in a bowl and mix with the chicken and vegetables. Season to taste with patis and lemon when eating.
