Variations:
- Patis, lemon, pepper
- Toyo, lemon, seven-up,
tabasco sauce
- Teriyaki sauce, seven-up
- Vinegar with salt, garlic
and ground pepper
- Rub salt on the
chicken. After 1/2 hour, marinate on pineapple juice
Mix
the marinade. Marinate chicken. Fry.
Note
to self: Toyo makes it dark... patis better.
