Fried Chicken

  • Chicken

Variations:

  • Patis, lemon, pepper
  • Toyo, lemon, seven-up, tabasco sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce, seven-up
  • Vinegar with salt, garlic and ground pepper
  • Rub salt on the chicken.  After 1/2 hour, marinate on pineapple juice

Mix the marinade.  Marinate chicken.  Fry.

Note to self:  Toyo makes it dark... patis better.
