Chicken with Sweet Pickles

  • Chicken

  • Sweet Pickles (relish or sliced)

  • Garlic, onion, tomatoes

  • Vinegar, soy sauce, sugar

  • Butter or margarine for frying

 

Cut the chicken into small pieces.  Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes on butter.  Add chicken, cook until all the liquid is gone.  Add pickles.  Add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
