  • Oxtail, pork pata
  • peanut butter
  • garlic, onion
  • squash, green beans, eggplant, pechay, kangkong
  • patis
  • bagoong

Boil oxtail and pata ng baboy. Itapon ang sabaw, boil ulit. Add peanut butter and let it boil until lumambot ang meat. Saute garlic and onion, add the vegetables, and the meat. Season to taste with patis. The squash will be the pampalapot of the sabaw. Serve with bagoong.
