  • Beef, cut into cubes, washed well and drain

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic, onion and tomatoes

  • red bell pepper, potatoes

  • ground black pepper, patis


Marinate the beef in soysauce for about 30 minutes.  Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes on butter until very well done.  Add beef with the marinade, cover well, cook on low heat for about 40 minutes or until done.  Halfway through the cooking, add the bellpepper and potatoes.  Season to taste.
