  • tripe, boiled until tender, cut into small cubes
  • garlic, onion, bellpepper
  • carrots and potatoes cut into small cubes
  • garbansos
  • pork and beans
  • hotdog sliced into small pieces
  • tomato catsup, patis, black pepper, oyster sauce, bay leaf

On a sauce pan, saute garlic, then onion until transparent. Add cooked tripe, then hotdog. Simmer until hotdog is cooked. Then one by one, add the other ingredients, starting with the garbansos cause that may take a longer time to cook.  Add a little water if needed. Season and let it simmer until done.
