Picadillo  

J'Ace Nanay

 

  • beef cut into cubes
  • potatoes, cut into cubes
  • garlic, onion
  • beef bouillon
  • black pepper, patis

On a sauce pan, saute the garlic, then the onions until it's transparent in color. Add the beef. Sankutsa until all the liquid is gone. Add about 4 cups of hot water, more or less, depending on how much meat you have and how much soup you want. Season with patis and black pepper. Add the potatoes. You may add beef bouillon too. When the potatoes are done, season to taste if matabang.
