Prawn
or Lobster Pasta Cherie
Calaqui
- 2 lobster tails or prawn
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil, canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- pasta
Cook
enough pasta for two people. Cut lobster tails in half, season with salt
and pepper. Set aside. You can also use prawns. Heal olive oil
in pan. Add some canola oil to prevent olive oil from burning.
Half-brown lots of garlic (really lots!) Add rosemary (according to
taste). Put in pan the lobster tails and wait till they are cooked.
Take lobster tails out, put in pasta. You may have to add some more olive
oil so pasta won't be dry. Put back the lobster tails.
